Greek Yoghurt and Feta Dip with Red Onions and Green Chillies
250gGreek yoghurt (or sour cream)
½red onion (finely chopped - save a little for decoration)
Couple of slices green chilli (chopped very finely - save a little for decoration)
In a large bowl add the yoghurt and crumble in the feta. Throw in the onion and chillies along with the other four ingredients.Stir to combine. Place in the fridge until ready. Sprinkle a few chopped onions and chillies over the top before serving.
