This white chocolate Christmas bark has all your festive favourites.
It’s Christmas Eve and here comes my final festive candy – Christmas bark. I’ve never posted as much as I have this last couple of weeks trying to get all my recipes out there. I’ve really enjoyed it but will most definitely be taking a few days away from the blog and out of the kitchen.
Back to this recipe – I have seen various bark recipes for a while now but was particularly inspired by the beautiful specimens created by Jane’s Patisserie. Again, simplicity is always key for me – and bark couldn’t be simpler. You could use any chocolate for the base and sprinkle over whatever you blummin’ well like.
Because this was for Christmas, I went all out on traditional festive favourites and topped white chocolate with festive red and green M&Ms, cranberries, pistachios and a sprinkling of crushed candy cane. The awesome thing about bark is that you don’t need any measurements; not even for the chocolate. Use as little or as much as you fancy.

- 250 g (2 cups) white chocolate
- Cranberries
- Pistachios
- Crushed Candy Cane
- Chocolate M&Ms
-
Line a large baking tray with grease-proof paper.
-
Melt the chocolate in a Bain Marie and then pour on to the baking tray. Smooth out into a fairly thin square shape of equal thickness.
-
Sprinkle over your favourite toppings and then place in a fridge to harden completely (I left mine overnight).
-
Using your hands, snap off pieces of chocolate. Keep in the fridge until ready to eat. Enjoy
